These policies explain how enrolment, payments, cancellations, refunds, class conduct, and student data are managed at The Arabic School.
Privacy Policy
- We collect only the data needed for admissions and class operations: name, email, payment status, and selected courses.
- Your information is used for enrolment, scheduling, communication, and student support.
- We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
- You may request data correction or deletion through official school contact channels.
Enrolment & Payment Policy
- Your seat is confirmed when registration is accepted and required payment is completed.
- Published course fees apply at enrolment unless a written discount or scholarship is granted.
- Payment plans, when offered, must be completed on schedule to maintain active enrolment.
- The school may place enrolment on hold for overdue payments.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- If cancelled before the first session, students may request a refund under the refund policy or request a one-time transfer to a future cohort.
- Missed classes after course start are treated as absences, not cancellations.
- If the school cancels or postpones a course, students are offered a transfer option or eligible refund.
Refund Policy
- 100% refund if The Arabic School cancels a course before launch.
- 100% refund if requested within 7 days of payment and at least 7 days before the first live class.
- 50% refund if requested after that window but before the second live class starts.
- No refund from the date of the second live class onward.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Code of Conduct
- Students must communicate respectfully with teachers and peers.
- Harassment, discriminatory language, repeated disruption, and academic misconduct are not permitted.
- The school may remove participants who harm the learning environment.
- Removal due to serious misconduct may occur without refund.
General Policies & Terms
- Classes are delivered online at scheduled times shared after enrolment confirmation.
- Course materials are for personal educational use only and may not be resold, republished, or redistributed.
- Recordings, when provided, are for enrolled students only and may not be publicly shared.
- The school may update curricula, instructors, and schedules while preserving academic standards.
